Match are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Supervising Social Worker to join our team in the Droitwich Office.
Currently supporting 83 fostering households and approximately 150 children, we pride ourselves on maintaining caseloads capped at 15 children, allowing our social workers the time to build strong relationships with both children and foster parents.
This pivotal role will involve:
- Working closely with foster families, offering guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide a safe, nurturing and stable home environment for the young people in their care.
- Completing fostering assessments of prospective applicants.
- Playing a lead role in organising and participating in activity days and projects involving children and young people.
- Working with our care leavers to support them in independence.

Youth Engagement Worker - Droitwich & Stoke
Match Foster Care are seeking a creative and caring Youth Engagement Worker to join our team in both Stoke and Droitwich and help make a difference in the lives of foster children. You will be based in either our Stoke or Droitwich office and will cover the West Midlands area.
