Finding the Right Training for You
Accessing training as a Match foster carer is easy. Your supervising social worker will tell you about upcoming courses and help you choose the ones that suit you and the children in your care.
We offer a mix of face-to-face sessions and online learning, so you can fit training around family life. Face-to-face courses are a great way to meet other carers, while online courses let you learn at your own pace.
Training is free for Match foster carers. As well as our training programme, you can also learn from our multi-disciplinary team and from other carers at our support groups.
Our Carers Member Area also gives Match foster carers access to useful information and resources.
