What types of personalised support can I expect from the foster carer support network at Match Foster Care?

Support That Is Personal to You

At Match Foster Care, support is never one-size-fits-all. Our network is built around getting to know you, your family and the children in your care.

Your supervising social worker has a low caseload, so they have time to understand your strengths, your needs and your family life. They will help you find the right training, introduce you to carers in a similar situation and tailor their support as your fostering journey develops.

If you are caring for a child with particular needs, our multi-disciplinary team can offer specialist advice. Our 24/7 support is provided by staff who already know your family, so help is personal even in the middle of the night.

Through our support groups and events, you can also connect with experienced carers who can offer advice on the things that matter to you, whether that is fostering teenagers, caring for siblings or balancing fostering with your own children.
