Our social workers carry very low caseloads—caring for a maximum of 15 children, often fewer—so they have the time to really connect with you and the children in your care. Instead of asking you to log every detail, we encourage open communication through regular supervision visits and catch-up calls. In between these visits, all we ask is that you give us a call if something is worrying you or feels out of the ordinary.
